ABOUT CONNIE

Connie Ann Liscomb has recently relocated to North Myrtle Beach from Connecticut where she has been a real estate professional for over 20 years assisting people in purchasing and selling homes, businesses and commercial property. She is full service real estate agent with a commitment to communication, caring and consistency in her service to all her clients.

With a BS degree in Finance and Accounting, Connie Ann also has worked as a consultant for a major mortgage lender and for a large commercial contractor where she review operations and internal controls, and established systems, policies and procedures.

Connie Ann was Director of Real Estate and Mortgage Accounting for a major insurance company, audited all procedures and internal controls of property management firms nationwide, and prior to the above positions she was Business Manager for a real estate developers.

She and her husband, Vin, are Barefoot Resort home owners and looking forward to this new phase of their lives.
